|| WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? ||
'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. The estimated date of dispatch will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via email.
|| ARE SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES? ||
Sizing is standard and more often than not true to size, however some products may vary depending on the label. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest selecting a size up, depending on the style of the garment. The sizing chart is located in the footer of the website. Our Customer Care team can always assist you with any sizing and fit queries you might have so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email!
|| WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES ||
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Drop Dead Dollbaby cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
|| DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM? ||
You will have to cover the postage cost to return any garment to us. Exceptions will be granted if Drop Dead Dollbaby is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.
|| IS THERE A DROP DEAD DOLLBABY SHOP I CAN VISIT? ||
Drop Dead Dollbaby is exclusively based online only.
|| I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? ||All pre-order and order cancellations will be issued with a store credit which never expires. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pre-orders or orders. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes. However you may certainly return your order for a store credit.
