|| DELIVERY TIME ||

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. (there will be delays due to the holiday season.)

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 



|| SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA ||

Drop Dead Dollbaby charges a flat rate of $12 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online via the following link: http://auspost.com.au/track. Express arrives within 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
 

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email customer care at hello@dropdeaddollbaby.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.



|| STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ||

New Zealand - a flat rate of $15AUD

Canada, United Kingdom, United States - a flat rate of $25AUD

Rest of the World - a flat rate of $30AUD

We use Australia Post International shipping services that have a 7-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

Please note: All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Drop Dead Dollbaby is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 



|| I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW? ||

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase. Please ensure all of your details in this email are correct. If you have not received your confirmation email, try checking your junk folder. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number and details on how to track your parcel.

Please note that while we try our very best to get parcels to you safely - we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the mail.
